Cancellation Policy:
Reservations may be canceled under the following conditions:
- 13 to 8 days before the check-in date: Cancellation fee of 25% of the advance payment.
- 7 to 4 days before the check-in date: Cancellation fee of 50% of the advance payment.
- 3 to 1 day before the check-in date: Cancellation fee of 75% of the advance payment.
- On the day of check-in: Cancellation fee of 100% of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made after the advance payment is made will be subject to cancellation fees as outlined above.
CANCELATION
- Any cancellation received within 24 hours prior to arrival time will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
- 75% penalty charge deducted from down payment for any cancellation received 3 days before expected date.
- 50% penalty charge deducted from down payment for any cancellation received 7 days before expected date.
25% penalty charge deducted from down payment for any cancellation received 13 days before expected date.
